1. Commission Pricing
All commission prices are quoted individually and vary depending on several factors, including (but not limited to):
Size of the artwork
Level of detail required
Number of animals or subjects
Complexity of the reference images
A formal quote will be provided prior to booking your commission.
2. Quote Validity
All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued. After this time, prices may be subject to change.
3. Deposit Requirement
A non-refundable 25% deposit is required to secure your commission and confirm your booking.
Work on your artwork will not begin until this deposit has been received.
4. Payment Terms
The remaining balance is due upon completion, prior to delivery or collection of the artwork.
Payment plans may be discussed on a case-by-case basis.
5. Reference Images
Clients must provide clear, high-quality reference photos. The quality of the final artwork is highly dependent on the references supplied.
6. Process & Updates
Progress updates may be provided at key stages. Minor adjustments can be discussed during the process; however, major changes may incur additional costs.
7. Timeframes
Completion times vary depending on the size and complexity of the piece, as well as current workload. If you were needing your artwork finished by a certain time please ensure this is discussed.
8. Cancellations & Refunds
The 25% deposit is non-refundable.
If a commission is cancelled after work has commenced, additional costs may apply depending on progress made.
9. Copyright & Usage
The artist retains full copyright of all commissioned works.
The artwork may not be reproduced, copied, or used commercially without written permission.
The artist reserves the right to use images of the artwork for portfolio, website, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed.
10. Shipping & Collection
Shipping costs (if applicable) will be discussed and added to the final invoice. The artist is not responsible for any damage once the artwork has been shipped.
By proceeding with a commission, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this policy.
