Pricing

Commission prices start from $350 NZD

Final pricing depends on subject complexity, number of subjects, size, and level of detail required.

  • Send your Photo - Once you enquire, you'll send through your chosen reference photo. Along with information about the animals or chosen photo. This image is best if it is clear, well-lit and captures the animals personality and eyes. 

    Planning your piece - Together we'll confirm sizing, colors, and any specific details you'd like included.  

    Painting begins  - After you have received and confirmed an estimated quoted payed the deposit on the chosen piece. I will start painting and update you as I go.  

    All your’s - Once we have agreed it has been finished and you're happy with the final result, it will be safely delivered or picked up for its new home.  

  • A strong reference photo plays a huge roll in the final result of your art work.  

    A clear, well-lit image allows me to capture the fine details and create a more realistic piece that truly reflects your animal. 

    Eyes are especially Important – Eyes are the focal point of the painting where the emotion and personality comes through. A sharp image where the eyes are in focus, well-lit and showing natural catchlight will make a significant difference bringing your piece to life.  

    When choosing keep in mind

    • Good natural lighting (outdoor light or soft natural light is ideal) 

    • Clear image ( not blurry or heavily zoomed) 

    • Eyes clearly visible and in focus 

    • True to life colors (avoid heavy filters) 

    • A pose that reflects your animals personality and character 

    My goal is to create a timeless piece that perfectly aligns with you. If any subtle adjustments are needed I'm happy to refine the piece in collaboration with you.  

    This process not only reflects my style but also your personal vision of your animal.
