Shipping & Postage Policy – Elise Gemmell Studio

Thank you for purchasing an original artwork or print. Please read the following shipping and postage policy carefully.

1. Shipping Location
Elise Gemmell Studio currently ships within New Zealand only. No international shipping is offered at this time.

2. Processing Times

  • Original artworks and commissioned pieces will be shipped once full payment has been received.

  • Prints are typically processed within 3–7 business days.

  • You will be notified once your order has been dispatched.

3. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated based on the size and weight of the artwork.
These costs will be clearly outlined at checkout or included in your final invoice.

4. Packaging
All artworks are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely. This may include protective wrapping, rigid backing, or secure boxing depending on the piece.

5. Delivery Timeframes

  • New Zealand: Estimated 2–5 business days after dispatch

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays.

6. Tracking
Tracked shipping will be used where possible. Tracking details will be provided once your order has been shipped.

7. Damaged or Lost Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and artwork.
While every effort is made to ensure safe delivery, Elise Gemmell Studio is not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit; however, assistance will be provided to lodge a claim with the courier where possible.

8. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at the time of purchase. Elise Gemmell Studio is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

9. Local Pickup (if applicable)
Local pickup may be available by arrangement. Details will be provided upon request.
